By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, specifications and packaging may vary slightly. All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before the order is processed.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email, phone or message. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify your details, and will refund any payment already taken.

Delivery times shown are estimates. Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. Installation, where offered, is arranged with you after delivery.

Products carry the manufacturer's or Abans IT's warranty as stated on the product page and invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, liquid, unauthorised repair or normal wear.

To the extent the law allows, Abans IT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Sri Lanka.
